Flexible, Full, and Proven Services

The Availability & Performance Center is our in-house monitoring center and the largest monitoring center in the world that’s not OEM-specific for turbines. It provides optional services to our customers seven days a week.

Last year, the Availability & Performance Center identified over 10,000 impending problems for our customers and saved them approximately $100 million by providing early warning of equipment and process failures.   

The center remotely monitors nearly 4000 assets, including:

  • over 1700 assets for 99 power gen units.
  • 1000 wind turbines.
  • critical assets in five refineries.
  • assets in four upstream business units.
  • jet engines for major aviation customers.

The Availability & Performance Center is staffed by experienced monitoring engineers, with assistance from senior operations engineers with an average of 20-30 years experience in all segments of power generation and oil & gas. They came from ExxonMobil, Commonwealth Edison, PSEG, and Luminant.
